Our delivery methods center around three core models.

For senior permanent hires, our Retained search model utilises techniques aligned to executive search. We have a few tricks to ensure success and we currently have a 100% track record of delivery.

A Contingent model caters for the junior to mid-level profiles which transitions into the retained model as the seniority increases. Our contingent search suits salaries up to £60K, either permanent or fixed term contract.

We offer a comprehensive Interim service for project driven change & transformation programmes on any scale, as well as interim cover while lengthier permanent processes are concluded and provision for shorter term assignments requiring immediate cover.

Meet Ed

Ed Dalton has been working in the recruitment industry since leaving University in 1998. He has been a small cog in the big corporate agencies, balanced by being a bigger cog in the smaller, owner managed, ones; each experience having its own set of benefits and challenges – but always adding colour to how he can deliver his own service that little bit better again. Ed is fundamentally driven by wanting to provide his customers with the best service anyone can expect from a search agent coupled with a determination to identify, represent & introduce only the very best talent the market can offer.

Ed has spent the last 5 years dedicated to the HR market within the South East & London. Prior to this he spent 12 years recruiting IT & Technology professionals for global corporates and UK SMEs, including 7 years working in the City followed by two years managing a recruitment office within the Construction and Engineering field.

Throughout this journey Ed has developed a deep and broad business understanding coupled with an expansive network of contacts and specialists to draw on, consult with and seek on-going referrals and recommendations. These two factors are the lifeline to his business and services.

He is as comfortable being retained on a senior search instruction as he is working on a contingent basis for less senior hires; the key to successful delivery in both models being reliant on the level of trust and understanding he holds with his clients and candidates.

Outside of Recruitment, Ed loves spending time with his young family, camping, holidaying in Cornwall & France, country pubs & English Rugby….and generally trying to make the most of the limited time we get on this planet.

I worked with Ed recently on the recruitment of an HR Director for Colas Ltd in West Sussex. I had a face-to-face meeting with Ed to outline our requirements and their priority was clearly to gain an in-depth understanding of the job and person requirements, the culture of the company and the relevant industry. We agreed a resourcing plan, which included advertising and the production of a detailed questionnaire and Ed conducted thorough initial screening and first interviews. We were very pleased with the candidates put forward and the recruitment is now being brought to a conclusion. Whilst Ed was obviously working with other clients at the same time, we were made to feel that our requirements were a priority, they maintained regular contact and they delivered against the brief within the timescales agreed.

Ed is now working with us on the recruitment of an HR Shared Services Manager and, again, he is working extremely hard to provide us with suitable candidates. I recently applied for a role advertised and met with Ed Dalton.
